- Please note that we will be closed Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. All orders placed during our closure will be processed on the next business day, Monday, December 2nd.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE
By completing a purchase, or by using this service in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the Lisanne Wellness Center website, you are agreeing to the terms of service.
When completing a purchase, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using your login and password credentials, whether or not that use is explicitly authorized by you.
You agree that disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and that you waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit.
This agreement is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Lisanne Wellness Center.
Certain of our Services may be subject to additional terms of service and policies (e.g., wholesale purchases).
Purchases on this site are for personal use only. You agree not to resell or distribute product purchased on this site.
We have the right to cancel or refuse any orders we have reason to believe violate our terms of service.
Billing and Payments
Lisanne Wellness Center uses a third-party payments processor for billing. By completing your order, you agree to pay Lisanne Wellness Center via our third-party payment processor.
Lisanne Wellness Center offers auto-refill services which include recurring billing. We require a positive opt-in for enrollment in our recurring billing program. By opting in you agree that we may continue to charge you on a recurring basis until such time as you cancel your order. You agree to keep current your billing and shipping information with us, including payment method details.
Lisanne Wellness Center may change product pricing at any time. If the amount to be charged to your billing account varies from the amount you initially authorized (other than due to the imposition of sales tax) we will provide notice of amount to be charged. If upon receipt of notice you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time prior to the scheduled date of the transaction.
Your non-cancellation of continued service reaffirms that you authorize continued recurring billing.
