Victoria’s path into the health and wellness field came from her own personal experience. At 17 years old Victoria was pre-diabetic and severely overweight. With the help of a nutritionist Victoria began to drastically change her eating habits and began exercising. Within a few months Victoria was in a healthy BMI and was no longer considered pre-diabetic.
With her success that she had she knew she wanted to pursue a career in the health and wellness field so that she may be able to help others the way she was helped.
She attended the University of Houston where she was involved in the UH Nutrition Club and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Food. Victoria has extensive experience in nutrition counseling, meal planning, and nutrition education.
She truly enjoys helping other achieve their health and wellness goals.
