Through my journey and personal struggles, I know first-hand how challenging it can be to overcome lifestyle and health struggles. As I began this journey, I realized how many people like my family, children and myself were struggling with many of the same issues and frantically looking for solutions.
I believe in medicine, however medicine alone, in many cases, is not enough. Finding a combination of traditional and alternative medicine allows us to heal ourselves, not just band aide the symptoms. It is hard to stay on track and be disciplined, but I have learned that making small steps year after year gradually becomes larger leaps in your life.
